Attorney Kyle Johnston is the founder of the Johnston Law Group. He is a litigation attorney whose practice consists primarily of class action and mass tort litigation. In the healthcare context, the Johnston Law Group has represented thousands of clients harmed by defective pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. Mr. Johnston has also represented healthcare whistleblowers in actions brought under the False Claims Act and pursued class action litigation outside of the healthcare context. He is a member of the California State Bar. Prior to founding the Johnston Law Group, Mr. Johnston was an associate attorney at a prominent law firm in Silicon Valley and in-house counsel at several large healthcare companies. These experiences shaped Mr. Johnston’s perception of the law and allowed him to better understand the decision-making process inside large companies. In time, Mr. Johnston decided to use his knowledge of the healthcare industry to help people injured by defective pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. Mr. Johnston is a graduate Tulane University Law School. He entered law school after earning a Master of Business Administration from Rice University and a Bachelor of Finance from Louisiana State University. During law school, Mr. Johnston was selected as a Senior Fellow in Legal Research & Writing, a Senior Justice on the Tulane Moot Court Board, and a Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review. He also received the highest grade in numerous courses, including Civil Procedure, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Johnston has seen firsthand the tremendous difference the justice system can make in the world. It does not matter how big an opponent is, if the law is on your side then anyone can take on powerful corporations. Mr. Johnston utilizes his vast experience and skills to have the law work towards his clients' advantage. With his experience working behind the scenes at healthcare companies, Mr. Johnston can anticipate their defense strategies and guide clients towards victory. He takes a personal approach in building relationships with clients so that they can exchange information more freely and easily. With these proven strategies as part of his arsenal, Mr. Johnston has helped hundreds receive compensation for their injures and bring a degree of closure to a difficult time. As part of his effort to help the injured, works on a contingency fee basis, and will not charge feels unless the client receives tangible results.
