Principal at Law Offices of Deborah M. DeMack
I started my law career in California working for the District Attorney's Office. Ultimately, however, I decided to pursue my interest in fighting consumer crime: fraud, consumer scams, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and more. Combining my professional interests with my love of the American Southwest -- New Mexico in particular -- led me to the Office of the Attorney General where, for six years, I worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division. I went into private law practice in 2009. I am committed to helping consumers defend their rights. I provide highly personalized, compassionate legal services. I represent consumers in bankruptcy as well as defend consumers in debt collection cases, and against unfair and deceptive trade practices. I represent consumers throughout New Mexico. My main office is in Albuquerque, NM with a second office in Santa Fe, NM.
