Complex Commercial & Civil Litigation

Jacqueline K. Holmes concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and general civil litigation matters. As a commercial litigator, Jackie is involved in issues including business litigation, residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters, mortgage foreclosure, debt collection, and contract disputes. Her commercial experience includes claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and other business disputes. She handles all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial counseling, drafting pleadings, researching and drafting motions, and discovery to representation at depositions and judicial conferences. Jackie also practices in Pennsylvania state appellate courts, including researching and drafting briefs and conducting oral argument. Jackie represents plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters. While at Brooklyn Law School, Jackie was an articles editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. In 2011, she finished in first place in the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition and competed in the New York City Bar Association National Moot Court Competition. She also served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Jackie served as law clerk to the Honorable Stephen G. Baratta, President Judge, Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County. Outside of work, Jackie volunteers on the Board of Directors of the Lehigh Lawyers Association and the Board of Directors of It’s My Life, Inc.
