He is a member of the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He attended Rockhurst University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. After receiving degrees in Business Management and Law, he moved to New York to practice business and real estate law. After deciding to start a family, he moved back to Kansas City. Mr. Manning then gained additional experience by practicing as a civil litigator at a well known firm. He learned from several exceptional attorneys during this time and gained hands on experience preparing numerous civil cases for trial. Mr. Manning subsequently started this firm to help individuals with their litigation needs. He represents accident and injury victims in courts across Missouri and nationally. He represents insureds in cases involving first and third party insurance coverage disputes. He has particular experience helping people who have been involved in auto and truck accidents, dog bite victims the wrongful/ accidental death survivors. Often, Mr. Manning is called to represent accident victims and death survivors in cases involving disputed insurance coverage. Mr. Manning has an excellent track record of success helping these people not only succeed in their case but to do so in a manner implicating maximum insurance coverage and payment.
