Class Action & Mass Torts Attorney
Taylor Bartlett practices out of the Alabama and New York offices and focuses on mass torts, multi-district litigation, class actions, and products liability. He represents clients from all over the United States in these matters. Taylor also represents Alabama clients on other matters ranging from products liability vehicle and ATV lawsuits to personal injury lawsuits against oil-rig owners and contractors under the Jones Act. In 2011, Taylor completed his LL.M at King’s College London where he focused on arbitration. He represented King’s College in an international arbitration moot held in Vienna, Austria where he won 3rd place out of 270 teams for his memorandum. Prior to that, he graduated from Cumberland School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. Before attending Cumberland, he earned his Mechanical Engineering degree at Auburn University. Engineering school provided Taylor with the scientific and technical education that has allowed him to excel in such complex areas of law. It has trained him to think practically, efficiently, and logically, allowing him to be a better advocate for his clients. He puts this education and experience to work every day serving his clients’ interests.
